The course is in four parts and takes approximately two hours to complete.

Description
Target audience
Persons responsible for setting the emergency planning strategy for vulnerable people.
CPD: 2 hours.
Briefcase Documents: Worked examples, an amendable rollout framework and course notes.
Part 1: Legislation and Guidance. The Fire Safety Order, Equality Act and Health & Safety at Work Act, all of which are relevant to emergency planning for vulnerable people. Also covered are Approved Documents, British Standards and Codes of Practice which support the legislation.
Part 2: Developing the Strategy. Setting a cost-effective strategy for emergency planning in public and controlled buildings; developing a cost-effective PEEPs strategy; communication and consultation.
Part 3: Triple A Solutions Fillable Forms. An introduction to Triple A Solutions’ approach to documenting PEEPs/PcFRAs.
Part 4: A Final Review. An opportunity to re-enforce the learning. Learners must achieve an 100% pass rate before the CPD certificate is provided.
