Elspeth Grant is the CEO and an Expert Advisor at Triple A Solutions, leading the development of an innovative iCloud-based training programme that addresses the combined challenges of building safety, fire safety, and compliance management. With over 22 years of experience in evacuation and fire safety, and a background of 16 years in bid and project management of complex systems-integration programmes, she brings deep technical, commercial, and legislative insight to the delivery of scalable, compliant solutions for commercial and public-sector clients.

Elspeth works closely with technology partners and specialist suppliers to design an integrated training programme that support consistent, auditable safety outcomes. She also has also contributed at a national policy level as a member of the UK Home Office Evacuation & Fire Safety Working Group, helping to shape approaches to resident safety. Her professional qualifications include the ABBE NVQ Fire Risk Assessor Diploma and the IOSH Managing Safely Certificate, underpinning her focus on technology-enabled, policy-aligned solutions for the built environment.

Peter Bailey, as a Director and Senior Fire Engineer at Triple A Solutions, brings over 50 years of experience across fire safety, fire engineering, and emergency response. As a father to a disabled daughter, his work is shaped by a strong personal commitment to inclusive, person-centred fire safety.

He spent 31 years with West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service as a Fire Safety Officer, Manager, and Incident Commander, followed by 19 years in private-sector fire engineering. One of the original nine graduates of the UK’s first Fire Engineering honours degree at the University of Central Lancashire in 1990 — a course he was invited onto after completing advanced Flashover training in Stockholm, which was pioneering work at the time.

Peter has led major incident responses, investigated hundreds of fires, and contributed to pioneering research into flashover, backdraft, and ventilation tactics. He holds a BEng (Hons) in Fire Engineering, is MIFireE, MIFSM, NAFRAR Tier 3, FRACS, and acts as Lead and Validator for a BAFE-accredited SP205 certification body.

 Laura Dixon, as the Head of Compliance, Learning and Development, brings over 15 years of experience across housing compliance, fire safety, and asset management. She has a strong track record of leading compliance programmes, improving regulatory performance, and managing contractor delivery across both public and private sectors.

Laura leads the development of Triple A Solutions’ training and learning programmes, ensuring they are practical, high-quality, and aligned with current and emerging regulation.

Her background includes senior roles in local authorities, housing associations, and fire consultancy, covering domestic compliance, audits, KPI reporting, and fire risk assessment across complex environments. She holds a Level 4 Diploma in Building and Asset Compliance and is an Associate of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers, with additional certifications including fire risk assessment and IOSH safety training.

With a distinguished 26-year career in the Engineering Wing of the Royal Air Force and experience as a BT Syntegra Programme Manager, Peter brings an exceptional level of technical expertise and quality assurance to TripleAConsult.

As Technical & Quality Director, he oversees product specification, sub-contractor management, and quality assurance, ensuring that every course we deliver meets the highest industry standards. His meticulous attention to detail and strategic oversight guarantee that our training programs are cutting-edge, reliable, and effective.

Peter’s wealth of experience and leadership in both military and corporate environments make him an invaluable asset to our team, driving excellence in everything we do.

As a Strategic Advisor at Triple A Solutions, Chris brings over 25 years of experience in UK policy and legislation. As a Policy Advisor in the House of Lords, he works closely with Peers and MPs to help shape legislation that delivers meaningful, real-world outcomes.

Alongside his policy role, Chris was a strategic consultant, Executive Director of a successful technology company, County Councillor in Oxfordshire, and an angel investor in Triple A Consult and Masabi. At Triple A Solutions, he has supported engagement with politicians and policy makers on the importance of inclusive building safety, with a clear focus on ensuring safe evacuation for everyone, including those who rely on others for assistance.
