We are pleased to welcome Laura Dixon, Head of Compliance, Learning and Development, to the team at Triple A Solutions.
Laura brings 15+ years of experience across housing compliance, fire safety, and asset management, with a strong track record leading compliance programmes, managing contractors, and strengthening safety and regulatory performance across both public and private sectors. She also holds a Level 4 Diploma in Building/Asset Compliance.
A key focus of Laura’s role will be to lead and strengthen the Triple A Solutions training programme, ensuring it remains practical, high-quality, and aligned with current and emerging regulatory expectations. Laura will work closely with our teams and partners to develop learning pathways, embed best practice, and support consistent delivery across the organisation.

Compliance Manager (Local Authority / Housing): Leading domestic compliance, KPI reporting, contractor performance management, audits, and policy/procedure reviews.

Fire Consultancy: Delivering fire risk assessments, fire door surveys, and health and safety assessments across varied environments, including complex sites.

Senior Fire Safety Compliance (Housing Association): Driving joined-up compliance delivery across teams, resolving compliance queries with clear audit trails, and improving KPI-led contract performance.

Professional membership and training: Associate of The Institute of Fire Safety Managers, with certifications spanning fire risk assessment, asbestos management, legionella, electrical safety awareness, IOSH safety training, and more.
