Triple A Solutions has been awarded a place on G-Cloud 15, the Government Commercial Agency’s framework for cloud-based services. Our PEEP and PcFRA Training, CPD-certified by the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM) and recognised by the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE), is listed under Lot 2b (Software as a Service) on the Digital Marketplace.
For social housing providers and local authorities, this means our training can now be bought through a pre-approved, compliant route, without the time and cost of running a full tender exercise. What the service covers
The training covers Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPs) and Person-centred Fire Risk Assessments (PcFRAs), and is informed by the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, the Fire Safety (Residential Evacuation Plans) (England) Regulations 2025, Awaab’s Law and the Building Safety Act. Role-based courses serve both governance and operational teams. Courses are delivered online through a secure, cloud-hosted learning platform, so there is nothing to install and onboarding needs minimal IT involvement. Triple A Solutions manages all course content, learner administration and support. Administrators can assign courses by role and track progress and completion. Each course includes fillable compliance templates, so learners produce documented, person-centred evidence of action rather than an attendance certificate.
Why it matters for housing providers
The Regulator of Social Housing’s new Competence and Conduct Standard comes into force in October 2026. It requires registered providers to ensure that staff delivering housing services, including frontline and contracted staff, have the skills, knowledge and experience their roles demand, supported by a written policy on developing that competence. Role-specific PEEP and PcFRA training helps providers evidence that expectation, and supports the Responsible Person’s duty under Article 21 of the Fire Safety Order to provide adequate safety training.
